I'm Éric, a full-stack developer based in Quebec with 17+ years of experience in web and software development.
I built BillyAI because I kept seeing the same problem everywhere. SMBs losing leads evenings and weekends. Entrepreneurs spending hours answering the same questions. "AI" tools on the market that are just generic chatbots glued together with Zapier.
I wanted to build something real. A platform developed from scratch, with natively coded integrations, a structured knowledge system that learns, and a managed service where the client doesn't have to configure anything.
BillyAI isn't an assembly of third-party tools. It's 1,400+ automated tests, 18 integration modules, 53 backend services, and every line of code is written and maintained here, in Quebec. When a client needs something that doesn't exist, I code it. It's that simple.
